My journey in footwear began behind a shop counter while pursuing my university degree. Over the next 25 years, that first step became a global career, eventually leading me to serve as Vice President of one of the world's most successful footwear companies.
Along the way, one question stayed with me: Why should a woman have to choose between beauty and comfort?
That question became the beginning of ADYMS.
I traveled across Europe seeking distinctive designers and makers who shared a different point of view—beautiful materials, thoughtful craftsmanship and footwear designed for the way women actually live.
